Experience
Ann is a founding member of Taylor, Chadd, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter. She focuses her practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business, tax and real estate law. She also has experience preparing payroll and related taxes for both corporation and private foundations.
Education & Memberships
Ann earned her B.A. with highest distinction in 1998 from Indiana University. She was then awarded the Forrest E. Jump Memorial Scholarship at Indiana University School of Law — Indianapolis. While attending law school, Ann participated as an Indiana Law Review member and in the Dean’s Tutorial Society. In 2001, she received her J.D. summa cum laude. In that same year, Ann was admitted to practice in the State of Indiana. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Ann is currently a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Boone County Bar Association.
Family & Community Involvement
Ann resides in Indianapolis with her husband, Anthony, and their four young children, Zachary, Sophie, Marcus, and Patrick. Ann is a lifelong parishioner of St. Jude Catholic Church, and she is actively involved at St. Jude School where her children attend. Ann was previously involved in Lebanon Kiwanis and served on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Faith Alliance.
